Coaching Experience:
Norm received initial coaching certification through Two Roads Leadership (2RL) International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program. Norm is a Level 2 Coach, Mentor Coach, Advanced Coach, and ICF Associate Certified Coach. Through one on one and group coaching, Norm assists individuals navigate life complexities, connecting them with their true aspirations for excellence, and helping them find the courage to take impactful steps towards their goals.
Professional Experience:
Over the last 25 years Norm has served in various operations and leader training development positions. Some of the responsibilities include:

Advisor for management level leaders on operational matters, personnel management, and effective execution of priorities aligned with strategic goals.

Oversight of organizational planning including budget/resource acquisition and execution, staffing, strategic and operational initiatives for approximately 200 staff and approximately 5500 annual student enrollments.

Design and implementation of culture and leader development initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and ongoing strategies for improvement including Leadership Academy.

Equal Opportunity Advisor Practitioner and Lead Facilitator for Equal Opportunity Leader Training.

Coordinated/Implemented innovative training processes across 4 national training locations spanning all components of the Army.

Training Developer and Lead Project Manager for robust curriculum development during rapid training cycles implementing innovative learning and performance solutions. International training in such areas as: Botswana, Korea, Morocco, Japan, Russia, and the Middle East.
